The league evaluates candidates, politicians and legislation with regard to the environment and our policy priorities. We use a number of evaluative tools and make these available to the public to increase transparency of our political and legislative processes.

Our staff prepares Report Cards for the executive branch as well as Scorecards for legislative branch.

During election years, the League drafts Candidate Questionnaires and invites all candidates to respond to them. We use these questionnaires as the basis for our endorsement process.
