Robert Carroll

Robert Carroll is an incumbent seeking re-election to represent Brooklyn’s 44th Assembly District. As a member of the Environmental Conservation committee in the Assembly, he takes environmental issues very seriously and has made environmental reforms a cornerstone of his legislative agenda. From his fierce advocacy for congestion pricing to authoring a portion of the landmark CLCPA and sponsoring property tax abatements for solar panels and electric energy storage, to my authoring and passing leading legislation to decarbonize concrete. Carroll is committed to continue to work to build upon the progress that New York has made over the last number of years.
