A dedicated professional who loves high-tech SaaS & getting her hands dirty (literally!) Carley has been running around construction sites since she was in diapers. Growing up in a family-owned road & bridge building company, she had worn just about every hat possible. From trucker caps to hard hats, from managing safety & logistics to advocating for funding in DC, she’s pretty much done it all.
Carley strives to document the tips & tricks that have made the hundreds of men and women she has had the privilege to work with so successful. She seeks to empower people from ALL walks of life to build successful careers in the heavy civil construction world.
She is most proud of her company’s award-winning product, aQuiRe & the team she has assembled to bring this awesome product to market. That, and the fact she can still easily finish a concrete bridge deck.
Carley lives in rural Western New York and loves a good round of trap shooting, playing with her toy poodle, and babydoll sheep.

CAHill TECH, Inc. is a WBE and DBE certified small business that focuses on workforce development in the heavy construction industry, and provides both on-the-job training as well as a technology-based e-learning platform and app called aQuiRe™.
Headquartered in Clarence, NY, CAHill was founded in 2019 by its current President & CEO, Carley J. Hill. While working for her father’s construction company for over 20 years, Carley
witnessed many of his best employees retiring with almost no new industry professionals coming in to take their place. The people who did join the team missed the chance to learn from those experts before they retired. This lack of educational tools and resources needed to train next-generation workers inspired Carley to create the aQuiRe™ app. She used her industry knowledge and close network of trade professionals to create a vast library of relatable yet informative training and safety videos dedicated to teaching workers in the construction industry. Available on both desktop and mobile devices, aQuiRe™ empowers workers by providing real-time, on-the-go learning at their fingertips, 24/7. Through the aQuiRe™ platform, CAHill TECH provides proper training to blue collar, hard-working people, so they can do what is most important—maintain our country’s infrastructure.
