Phil Steck

Phil Steck is running for reelection to the New York State Assembly in District 110. Steck considers climate change the most pressing issue the world is facing and is a strong advocate for environmental policy. He is in strong support of a transition to clean energy, prioritizing renewable energy initiatives and the elimination of fossil fuels. Steck is also a supporter of clean transportation, and is a proponent of electric vehicle use and infrastructure expansion, including zero-emission buses. Steck has fought against the use of PFAS in fire extinguishing foam, hoping to eliminate all toxic chemicals. He advocates for waste reduction, including the elimination of single-use plastic, and he seeks to hold producers responsible. If elected, Phil Steck will continue to advocate for policies decreasing our reliance on fossil fuels and supporting renewable energy.
