Paula Elaine Kay

Paula Elaine Kay is running for election to the State Assembly in New York’s 100th District. As an attorney who has worked with her local Planning and Zoning Board for over 24 years, Kay will work hard to ensure that environmental projects are being implemented in accordance with our state’s goals. If elected, Paula Elaine Kay will advocate for expanding the Bottle Bill, lowering emissions of public transportation, incentivising the reduction of single use and nonrecyclable materials, and ensuring that municipalities work towards upgrading their water infrastructure systems.
