Matt Slater

Matt Slater is running for re-election for State Assembly in New York’s 94th District. Slater has been at the forefront of environmental efforts during his tenures as an Assemblyman and as Yorktown Town Supervisor. As Supervisor, he helped lead the development of several solar initiatives and was a pioneer in efforts to make his town a leading climate smart community. Slater has continued his pro-environmental advocacy into his role in the assembly. He fought to ensure lead pipe knowledge is made accessible to the public and improve the electric vehicle charging station state plan. Matt Slater is a strong supporter of environmental initiatives and if re-elected, Slater will continue to be a leader in the passing of environmental policy.
