Larinda Hooks

Larinda Hooks is running for election for State Assembly in New York’s 35th District. As a member of Queen’s 3rd Community Board, Hooks has been a devoted leader in her community as exemplified by her championing of various environmental causes. Focused on environmental justice and meeting the state’s climate goals, she prioritizes clean drinking water, and supports efforts to curb air pollution through clean transportation. She also will support the electrification of our buildings, which will help reduce rates of asthma. If elected, Hooks is committed to forging a cleaner, more sustainable environment for the residents of District 35.
