John Avlon

John Avlon is running for Congress in District 1. John believes we need to take a leading role in combating climate change through innovation and mitigation. He knows first hand that climate change is already impacting New York’s First Congressional District, which is affected by floods and erosion which impact water quality and the lives of everyone in the community. He supports green energy, improving water quality, and funding to mitigate the impacts of climate change. If elected to Congress John Avlon hopes to serve on the Transportation Subcommittee for Water Resources and the Environment and will lead the effort to find practical and sustainable solutions to climate change.
