Gina Sillitti

Gina Sillitti is an incumbent seeking re-election in Assembly District 16 on Long Island. In her first year in office, she has co-sponsored dozens of environmental pieces of legislation. Silitti is an advocate for a holistic approach for manufacturing electric automobiles: she recently signed on to A4761 that would exempt the first $35,000 from state sales taxes for battery, electric, or plug- in hybrid electric vehicles.
