Gabriella Romero

Gabriella Romero is running for election to the State Assembly in New York’s 109th District. As a member of the Albany Common Council, representing Ward 6, Romero has worked hard in advancing and championing a pro-environment agenda. Romero has fought aggressively to make sure that a portion of the City budget would be allocated to the electrification of the Albany City vehicle fleet. She is an advocate for offshore wind projects and believes that the Port of Albany, located in her district, is the key to unlocking the promising future of offshore wind. Additionally, Romero led the charge in successfully getting grant funding for the preservation and enhancement of the Washington Park Conservancy. If elected, Gabriella Romero is committed to promoting sustainability, fostering community involvement, and preserving our natural resources.
