Elijah Reichlin-Melnick

Elijah Reichlin-Melnick is running for election for State Senate in New York’s 38th District. During his previous tenure as State Senator, Reichlin-Melnick was a strong advocate of the environment, and especially prioritized clean drinking water. He continued his advocacy recently as an Assistant Director of Energy Conservation and Sustainability where he works to transition us off the reliance from fossil fuels. Additionally, he is supportive of expanding waste reduction initiatives, securing adequate funding for the environment, and increasing electric vehicle incentives. If elected, Reichlin-Melnick will work toward the state’s climate goals and improving resiliency measures.
