Patricia Fahy

Patricia Fahy is running for State Senate in New York’s 46th District. Fahy has been a fierce environmental advocate during her time in the State Assembly. As sponsor and co-sponsor of imperative pieces of legislation such as the NY HEAT Act, and the Digital Fair Repair Act, she has earned an NYLCV score of 100% in the last two years. Her devotion to the environment is evident through her vocal support of an increase in funding for the Environmental Protection Fund, preservation of open spaces, and a ban on PFAS contaminants in food packaging and clothing. Fahy’s legislative efforts have brought in millions of dollars in funding for environmental infrastructure to help bring the state closer to its climate goals and transition away from harmful fossil fuels. If elected, Patricia Fahy will continue to spearhead the environmental changes New York needs in the State Senate.
