Who We Are
The New York League of Conservation Voters (NYLCV) is New York’s only statewide environmental organization that fights for clean water, clean air, renewable energy, and open space through both policy advocacy and politics. We’re a nonpartisan, results-driven team with a proven track record of success. Through our family of organizations – NYLCV Education Fund, NYLCV PAC, and NYLCV Gives Green – we’re making real progress in protecting New York’s environment for future generations.

What You Will Do
– Manage our donor database, ensuring accurate gift tracking and timely
acknowledgments
– Create and maintain detailed revenue reports and handle invoice processing
– Support our Corporate Partners Program through meticulous tracking and partner communications
– Assist with planning and executing engaging fundraising events
– Coordinate with board members and maintain key stakeholder relationships
– Help prepare for and conduct the yearly audit
– Support various development initiatives and special projects

– Ensure smooth operation of our development systems and processes
– Help maintain and grow our vital fundraising programs
– Support successful execution of our signature events, including our annual gala
– Contribute to building a more environmentally sustainable New York
You Are
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
– Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Comfortable with database management and data entry
– Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
– A clear and effective communicator
– Someone who takes initiative and thinks ahead
– Interested in environmental and social justice issues
– Familiar with nonprofit operations
Basic Requirements
– 2-4 years of professional office experience
– Experience with CRM or data management systems
– Strong writing and research capabilities
– Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
– Event operations experience is a plus

Location & Details
Our headquarters are at 30 Broad St, 30th Floor, New York, NY 10004. This is a permanent full-time position with occasional travel to events throughout New York City and State. Some morning and evening hours are required for events.
We currently follow a hybrid work environment (minimum 2 days/week in office).
