Jonathan Drescher

Jonathan Drescher is former President of Plaxall Realty, a family business in Long Island City, NY, where he led the effort to rezone and reposition the Anable Basin properties. Drescher was previously the Senior Vice President of Project Development at The Durst Organization, where he was responsible for the development of Durst’s large-scale, ground-up projects for a decade. He is currently an advisor and developer focused on mixed use and multi-family projects with a focus on sustainable development.  Earlier he was an Associate Principal at Arup, an international design and consulting firm, where he was project manager for the World Trade Center reconstruction and the MTA Fulton Center.
