Assemblymember Ron Kim is running for reelection to Assembly District 40. He was first elected to represent this district in 2012. On the 2019 State Environmental Scorecard, Kim received a 94%. In his NYLCV questionnaire, Kim stated that “our building and zoning laws must match the goals of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.” Kim will continue to fight for the environmental needs of our communities through safe building and zoning.
