Oswald Feliz

Oswald Feliz is seeking re-election to represent District 15 in the New York City Council. In his time in office, he has worked with local green markets to ensure everyone has access to affordable and healthy food options, especially in low income communities, and has advocated for greater flexibility for solar panels in buildings. Feliz is working to reduce pollutants caused by cars by capping the Cross Bronx Expressway and turning the top into a green space.
