Since 2009, Lee has been the Executive Director of Korean Community Service of Metropolitan New York. In her role, she has worked with government agencies, advocating for an improved quality of life for New Yorkers. Lee is in support of expanding clean-bus access in Eastern Queens, as well as expanding park access, pedestrian walkways, and bike lanes. Lee also supports coupling investments in sustainability with job-training programs to create new, well-paying jobs. If elected, Lee will make protecting the environment a priority in the City Council.
