Jamaal Bowman

Jamaal Bowman is running for Congressional District 16 and has been the incumbent since 2020. Bowman has co-sponsored multiple environmental bills including the Climate Resilience Workforce Act and Green New Deals for Cities Act of 2021, and also sponsored the Heating and Cooling Relief Act. If re-elected, Bowman intends to prioritize moving towards 100% clean and renewable energy by 2030, confronting environmental racism, and promoting a Global Green New Deal.
