Emiljana Ulaj

Emiljana Ulaj is running for election as legislator for Westchester County’s 9th district. She is committed to advancing NYLCV’s energy goals by working with leadership across local government. One of her initiatives is expanding the Bee-Line Bus service to provide a reliable transportation option for residents without personal vehicles. Beyond the Bee-line Bus System, Ulaj is fully committed to increasing the number of EV charging stations and increasing grants to upgrade municipal fleets to EVs. If elected, Emiljana plans to continue advocating for issues such as improving the resiliency of the Hudson River shoreline, creating more public green spaces, and creating local composting programs.
