Dr. Richard Becker

Dr. Richard Becker is running for re-election as Supervisor of the Town of Cortlandt. Throughout his time in office Supervisor Becker has demonstrated a commitment to protecting the environment. He advocated for preserving DeMaria Farm, helped safeguard over 3000 acres of land, and introduced a new tree ordinance to promote eco-friendliness. Along with the town board, he has strived to create a livable and sustainable community in Cortlandt, as evidenced by their award-winning Sustainable Master Plan – Envision Cortlandt. If re-elected, Dr. Becker intends to continue pushing for sustainable initiatives in the town.
