Daniel O’Donnell

Daniel O’Donnell is an incumbent seeking re-election to represent Assembly District 69. Throughout his time in office, he has shown a commitment to environmental legislation such as the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, the Climate Community Investment Act and Extended Producer Responsibility legislation. Moreover, he has co sponsored bills related to zero-waste, land conservation, and funding to address the chronic underfunding of parks, infrastructure, and communities in historically black and brown neighborhoods. He plans to continue his efforts to prioritize environmentally equitable legislation.
