Charles Patricelli

Charles Patricelli is running for re-election for Mayor of Watervliet. Since becoming Mayor in 2020, Patricelli has co-sponsored cleanups along the Hudson River, has organized city-wide clean up days, and has established a tree committee that works to expand tree cover, with nearly 250 new trees planted. Additionally, he is currently working on a shoreline stabilization project to improve waterfront park’s usability and appearance, along with a waste project which will prevent pollution of the Hudson River. If re-elected, Patricelli plans to continue prioritizing and funding park renovations, increase the use of solar power, and improve water quality in the town reservoir and the protection of wells.
