Adrienne Adams is running to represent City Council District 28. Her commitment to the environment is evident in her 100% rating for 2020 and 2019 in the NYLCV Scorecard. She voted for the Climate Mobilization Act (CMA) in 2019 which commits New York City to reduce carbon emissions, and expand sustainable and environmental resources. She also supported the integration of low-income families into farmer markers by allowing SNAP to become widely applicable. She will continue to fight for lower transportation emissions and to expand green spaces.
