Lynelle Bosworth
Lynelle Bosworth is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She focuses her practice on government law and policy issues and advises clients on renewable energy, environmental, transportation, finance, racing and gaming, insurance and health care related matters. Lynelle represents private and publicly owned companies and not-for-profit organizations regarding state and federal regulatory and policy matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Lynelle served as counsel to the Corporations, Authorities and Commissions Committee and Transportation Committee of the New York State Assembly where she drafted and negotiated legislation on critical policy issues such as the Public Authorities Reform Act. In addition, Lynelle served as counsel for the Health Committee of the New York State Assembly where she advised the Assembly Speaker and the Health Committee Chair on budgetary and policy priorities regarding Medicaid, public health and the Affordable Care Act.
