Kim Kaiman

Kim Kaiman is a dynamic and self-directed bilingual (Spanish) professional with a wealth of experience in government and political affairs. With a profound understanding of community and government matters, Kim excels in strategic planning, advocacy, crisis management, constituency support, and civic engagement.

In her role as Senior Manager of External Affairs at PSEG Long Island, Kim manages a team of regional managers for a leading energy provider in the New York State region. She actively engages with corporate executive officers to address critical company matters and develops crisis communication plans for emergencies. Kim is known for her ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and community organizations. She has a strong track record of increasing public awareness of PSEG Long Island’s services and programs and effectively represents the company at various public events.  Her ability to balance and negotiate complex priorities among diverse stakeholders has earned her the respect of both internal and external partners. 

Kim’s accomplishments extend beyond her role at PSEG Long Island. As the former Executive Director of the North Hempstead Business & Tourism Development Corporation, she was responsible for positioning the town as a premier destination for entertainment projects. Her public speaking engagements and media placements have showcased her as a thought leader across a range of platforms.

Kim’s dedication to her community is unparalleled. Her involvement with multiple community organizations demonstrates her passion for making a difference. She has been recognized as a Nassau County Woman of Distinction and has received the prestigious PSEG Long Island Presidential Award twice during her tenure at PSEG Long Island.

Fluent in Spanish and a New York Emmy Award winner for “Outstanding Community/Public Service,” Kim Kaiman is a force to be reckoned with within the world of community and government relations. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to building a better future, Kim continues to inspire and lead with unwavering dedication.

Kim earned her Juris Doctor degree from CUNY School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from LIU CW Post.
