Ken Jenkins

Ken Jenkins is running for Westchester County Executive. As Chairman of the Board of  Legislators he helped push for the continued electrification of the County’s fleet of vehicles. With Jenkins leading as Deputy County Executive, Westchester focused on clean energy, installing solar panels on county buildings and EV charging stations in county parking lots.  Under the administration, the County has enrolled 20 municipalities in a food waste recycling program, undergone PFAS remediation at the county airport, and invested $30 million in flood mitigation. Jenkins also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Sustainable Westchester. Westchester County is a bronze certified CSC community, and if elected, Jenkins intends to bring the county to an even higher certification.
