2006 Green Grades for Council Are Mixed

Today we released our annual environmental scorecard for the NYC Council. The scores are the lowest they've been in years. We understand that city council members didn't pass a lot of bills in late 2006 in deference to the mayor's pending multi-year sustainability plan.
