Granville Martin

Based in New York City, Granville Martin leads JPMorgan Chase’s environmental diligence effort in oil and gas with a focus on clients using horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing.

In addition to broader environmental risk management activities, Martin also pursues business development with the Commercial Bank, Investment Bank and other lines of business around energy efficiency in the built environment.

Upon graduating from University of San Francisco Law School in 1996, Martin joined the Counsel Office of New York Governor George Pataki working on environmental and other issues including wastewater treatment and drinking water protection. He subsequently represented the Financial Services Forum prior joining JP Morgan Chase in 2005.
