Maine Takes A Stand On Emissions, But Will New York?

Maine Governor John Baldacci has taken the first step towards making Maine's air as green as can be. On Tuesday, he signed into law a bill that provides a plan for Maine to cap its carbon emissions by 2009, and reduce them 10% by 2019.
