- Is both an attorney and a city planner, and is a principal in the White Plains law firm of Oxman Tulis Kirkpatrick Whyatt & Geiger LLP
- Has over twenty years experience in land use planning and development
- Former staff consultant to the towns of North Castle, Rye, Somers, and Lewisboro, New York for continuing advisory on current planning, zoning, subdivision, and development matters
- Member of the New York State, Westchester County, and White Plains Bar Associations and charter member of both the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association
