We're always looking for interns and volunteering for the following departments:

• Communications - writing and research for the web site, newsletter, guides, press and promotional materials

• Development - assisting with special events, membership development, researching foundation and corporation grant makers, drafting proposals

• Policy and Advocacy - researching issues, drafting position papers, lobbying

• Political - candidate research, campaign assistance, voter outreach

Qualifications:

• Interest in environmental issues, government, and politics and advocacy work.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and web savvy

Hours: Anytime during our normal business hours (9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.)

Although this is an unpaid opportunity, we reimburse for travel expenses.
