Nanette is a senior vice president of AKRF and head of the firm's White Plains office. She has 25 years of environmental planning and impact analysis experience. She has prepared and managed the preparation of large-scale environmental studies for public agencies, municipalities, private developers, and public facilities and institutions. Ms. Bourne specializes in the development of master planning studies and has directed numerous high profile planning projects involving such issues as zoning, commercial district revitalization, adaptive reuse, and waterfront redevelopment. She has also prepared and coordinated applications for permits from federal and state resource agencies as well as approvals from municipalities and counties for large-scale projects.
