This year's NYLCV fall cocktail reception will be held at 7 World Trade Center, New York's first "green" office tower, and will honor its pioneering developer, Larry Silverstein. City Council Speaker Christine Quinn will deliver the keynote address and will outline her vision for a sustainable New York.
