In the 109^th Assembly district's packed democratic primary, Patricia Fahy stands out as an influential and powerful advocate for environmental needs in New York. Her experience as Associate Director for the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs and as Senior Legislative Analyst for the House Committee on Education and Labor has prepared her well for Albany. 

As a member of the Albany School Board, she has been a proponent of green building standards for schools.  Fahy has also been active in the Sierra Club and the Adirondack Club. Her passion for the environment combined with her diplomatic demeanor will make her an Assemblymember capable of pushing NYLCV's agenda.
