A study at Harvard has found an obvious link between pollution from automobiles and lower IQ in children. This news is according to the anti- traffic group that's pushing for the approval of Mayor Bloomberg 's traffic congestion plan to lessen the amount of traffic throghout the city of New York. The study looked deeper into black carbon levels emitted from car exhausts and engines.
