Mayor Bloomberg met bi-partisan resistance yesterday when he went to speak to LI Senators in Albany to lobby for (among other things) congestion pricing, which proposes a $8 charge for cars and $21 for trucks if they drive south of 86th Street, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
