Niagara County Approves Agency To Aid In Brownfields Cleanup

The Niagara County Legislature has approved the creation of the Niagara County Brownfields Development Corp. which will lend money to aid the cleanup of abandoned industrial sites.

The Environmental Protection Agency will grant $1 million to the corporation who will provide low-interest loans to private property owners and grants to not-for-profits and municipalities.

New York State May Miss Greenhouse Gas Auction
