City Council Helps NYC Prepare For Climate Change

The New York City Council on Wednesday voted to expand the scope of the New York City Climate Change Adaptation Task Force to assess how extreme heat, storms and flooding affect vulnerable populations, public health, natural systems, buildings and the economy.
